Students celebrated Valentine's Day with many activities. Some created valentine bags and card holders. Other completed math and ELA centers with a valentine focus. Some students worked on valentine STEM activities while others created some beautiful bouquets! Without a doubt, everyone had a LOVELY day!
More SUPER Students
Several more SUPER students were recognized this week. These students went above and beyond in their classrooms to help teachers and students, demonstrate leadership, and put forth amazing effort! Way to go boys and girls!
Amazing Animal Adaptations
Fourth grade students in Mrs. Woupio's and Mrs. Chauvin's class culminated their animal unit with a great project! The created their very own creature that is a blend of multiple known animals. They then placed it into a habitat and described the adaptations their new creation would need in order to survive in their environment.
Dr. Seuss Week is Coming
Students and staff will be celebrating Read Across America and Dr. Seuss's birthday with a week full of Seusstastic spirit!
